I was leaving under a rock… It’s now that I’ve discovered this band… they are from New York and their name is Gogol Bordello. Though the album cover is one of the ugliest of the year, their musical proposal is very unexpected. In contrast to gypsy indie Beirut, Gogol Bordello is classified as gypsy punk; they mix rock with a lot of sounds under the influence of gypsy music (accordions, strings, flutes, saxophones, etc)

I can’t compare Super Taranta! with a discography I haven’t listened, but I like this style of music so much and their live performances are really amazing, full of energy, mess and ooooopa’s!!! (look this video from their performance at Coachella 2007, flawless)
